  1. Arleen R Heck says:

I would like to volunteer my services at the center. My thought was to create a story time reading the Laura Ingalls Wilder Books to children in the winter months. I read these books to my children year after year and they still talk about it. Almonzo Wilder was a native of NYS, born in Malone. I believe our country’s history should become real to our children and what better way to bring it to them as in a story. Laura Ingalls Wilder lived in a time when history was being made and she gave us a first hand look at a life gone by. If this is something the center would be interested in please email me or call 607-435-3967.

    Thank you, Arleen R Heck
