Join Friends of Rogers for our annual Animals of Halloween event Saturday Oct 10, 2020 from 4-7 pm. The torch lit event will take place on Spruce Trail, just to the Right of the Main Parking Lot, and traffic flow will be one way on the short trail. You will encounter 4 actors dressed as Animals that will tell you all about themselves! In order to host the event this year, we have made changes for the COVID 19 Health Precautions. Everyone must wear a mask and stay 6 feet from others, and familiar groups of up to 12 people at a time will be permitted to go down the trail every 15 minutes. Guests can reserve a time slot for you and your family by calling the center at 607-674-4733 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we can not have food available of any kind this year, but you are welcome to bring your own packed meal to enjoy at the many picnic tables. Bring your own marshmallows to roast over the two fire pits we will have going, or make your own S’mores! We hope to have carved pumpkins on the trails, (still to be worked out). New this year – we will have a family photo spot on the rustic porch of the Bird Cabin, decorated in Autumn theme, with pumpkins, corn stalks and other fall props. Photos are free and will be emailed to you after the event. Make your plans and reservations today to join us for this annual Family Friendly event!
